This grade is made up nut pieces that are a by-product of the cracking process. Also a few big nuts with slight discoloration that dont meet our quality requirements for premium grade. This grade is great value for cooking, especially our large 1kg size. Nuts will be delivered in a nitrogen-flushed foil bag.
